Updated ENVIRO_VERSION to reflect the current release version (to avoid not-inconsiderable confusion when people upgrade and then tell me they're on 0.0.10... 😆 )

Hmm, not sure, but if you release it as v0.2.1, don't forget to re-bump the version number or we'll be stuck in a loop!

A good rule of thumb is to never re-use released version numbers (no silently replacing published binaries), so when accidents like this happens, it is best to bump the version number again 🙂
