Add a new MLflow page under Analytics & Monitoring that shows how to send Pipecat OpenTelemetry traces to MLflow for visualization and analysis. Hi team! This PR proposes adding a new page under Analytics & Monitoring that shows how to send Pipecat OpenTelemetry traces to MLflow for visualization and analysis. MLflow is an open-source LLMOps platform with 30MM monthly download; it supports receiving OpenTelemetry traces from Pipechat and display it in dashboard and detailed trace view.
