- With the demise of Pivotal Tracker, there needs to be a new way to organize and display the onboarding content - Inspired by https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-networking-onboarding - For now, this is a mostly direct port of the content to markdown files, without modifying it to reflect the new format - Initialize a new Jekyll site to run on GitHub pages - Add temporary `./convert.rb` script to translate the `.prolific` files into `.md` files, built the table of contents, etc
- Change order of topics in nav to be consistent with the old order (from generate-tracker-csv.go)
- These were converted to markdown files and are no longer needed - Remove the script used to convert the .prolific files into markdown files

This should be to
gh-pagesbranch, but you can't create PRs to new branches.organize and display the onboarding content
files, without modifying it to reflect the new format (e.g. there are still plenty of in-text references to "Tracker")
