Hello, as part of the PR we have introduced a new configuration parameter, which allows the setting of default key usages for CA certificates. This resolves the issue for using these certificates in combination with Python 3.13, which enforces the presence of these fields for a CA.

In order to set the configuration, I'd like to propose the following changes to the specification to allow the setting of this variable in a BOSH deployment.
