What does this PR do?

Improved Heading Hierarchy in YouTube Section

  • This PR updates the YouTube section by replacing two <h3> tags with <h2> and <h4> to improve visual and semantic hierarchy.
  • Enhances UI clarity and accessibility.

Even though the repo seems inactive, I wanted to practice contributing and this was a good opportunity to fix a small UI issue.

Fixes #1964
