Just a tiny optional nit - from what I see, we skip sentence stop (.) at the end of list items. Perhaps we should stick to that here too?

Changes
We postponed writing the changelog until the general release. This PR summarizes what changed relating to the release of the new dynamic tracker script. I opted to verbosely sell all the new functionality. I hope it's of interest to CE users.
