multipartoption is opt-in (andfalseby default) because of some ClickHouse versions not handling settings in query strings correctly with multipart requests Some queries in a multipart forms don't read settings ClickHouse/ClickHouse#85847, seems to be fixed in fix HTTP with multipart ClickHouse/ClickHouse#85570 but not backported
