The instructions have changed a bit since this was first published. I've updated it for the current UI and added some information about the CSP steps which don't work as per the previous instructions. This new info is based on a recent discourse post: https://meta.discourse.org/t/content-security-policy-now-uses-strict-dynamic/298172
