Docs updates

  • Updated the banner in the layout to reflect the new version 0.10.0.
  • Revised the getting started guide to recommend using the PlayCanvas project scaffolding tool.
  • Added instructions for installing AI rules for @playcanvas/react and PlayCanvas Blocks in the README.
