[Upgradinatorr] Added as a secondary search upgrade mode for the apps. 
[Apps] Lidarr and Whisparr v3 have the last search settings incorporated into the apps-per instance. The movie will be the default mode for Whisparr v3.  
[Exempt Tags] Now built into each instance. If selected tags are in the item to process, they are ignored.
[Disable Requestarr] Added to Settings
