Fix: tooltip now are not clipped by the border of the plumed file visualization

Hi @gtribello, as expected it took longer that expected:

Solving the clipping was easy, the problem is that the badges after the line "Click on the labels of the actions for more information on what each action computes" did some strange invasion in the plumed file pre element.

I changed how that line is rendered (removing the table) and now it works!
Removing that table should "clean" the boxes around the badges in the manual and clean the table borders in the other sites.

If you want add some spaces between those badges, like in the table, we can change a bit the css to add it

Apparently part of this is my fault: I added a few new kw to the benchmark utilities, and that need to be updated also here
I think the latest changes make slightly easier to understand if something like this happen again. (I'll push them tomorrow)

But this only addresses half of the problems...
