Summary

  • keep heartbeat, scheduler, scheduled-control, internal-maintenance, and worker-followup routes on static mode-native tool candidates
  • avoid hydrating dynamic MCP tools for bounded routes that immediately discard them through allowlists
  • log mcp_refresh_attempted=false for bounded route tool fetches so live logs can prove the invariant
