[fix] added more issues per run to speed up cleaning.

Hi @appieschot, I wonder if we should also exclude issues with the on hold label. Most of the time, these issues depend on other issues. Additionally, we usually create on hold issues for breaking changes that should be included in the next major release. These kinds of issues usually become stale because we usually do one major release per year.
Right now it might not really affect us, but if we decide in the future to lower the time before an issue becomes stale, we might have a problem.

@milanholemans your wish is my command wink😉. I have updated with the on hold label and based on our turn around excluded all PR's from it as well just in case.
