Adds a meta-prompt that turns Copilot into an interactive prompt engineering coach. The user provides a rough idea or an existing prompt; the Prompt Architect guides them through a four-step workflow — clarifying the goal, generating a structured draft (PERSONA + INSTRUCTIONS + OUTPUT EXAMPLE), iterating until satisfied, then delivering a final version with a Feedback & Tips commentary.
All outputs and worked examples produced by the generated prompt are in professional French. The prompt itself is in English.
