What is in this Pull Request ?
Changed the External Search cmdlets so that they don't explicitly retrieve the entire ExternalConnection instance every time the external connection Id is needed. This makes the code execution faster, less chance of running into throttling and no need anymore for ExternalConnection.Read.All permissions when i.e. adding an item to the external search index.
