Introduces a new PowerShell script and supporting assets to export Entra ID user MFA phone details to CSV. Includes a detailed README, example images, and a sample data file. Also removes the obsolete sample.json from the graph-connect-to-graph script.

Hi Paul,
Its the sample.csv since I opened in numbers i guess the format has been
retained let me undo this.
