OPML import release

You may now import OPML files from the Sources page. It is a flat import of ALL outline elements.

It does NOT take into consideration groups, since there is currently no proper way to manage this in the app.

It does, however, keep the overall order, so, alphabetically sorted groups should be 'visible' :)

4.5 and WebView bug fix release.

This release fixes:

1. Missing icons with the transition to SFOS 4.5 (the favourite icon has be changed)
2. A bug in the WebView which kept it from loading properly.
