Hi @johankool, we've had to disable Android CI in this repo because it started failing for some reason and we cannot figure out why. If you have time to PR a fix we would happily turn the CI back on. |

This PR adds dynamic support for Swift Testing's test traits.
We have libraries that work in Swift Testing, pre-Test Scoping traits, but it requires introspection of those traits. This PR allows introspection of these traits in a dynamic way, which is required by our Snapshot Testing library to support UI test targets: pointfreeco/swift-snapshot-testing#975
