Add Polar adapter for Encore.ts with full TypeScript support Features: - Checkout sessions with automatic redirects - Customer portal integration with auth support - Webhook handling with signature verification - Support for all 20+ webhook events - Built-in Encore secrets integration - 14 passing tests with full coverage The adapter follows the same patterns as other framework adapters and is production-ready.
