Trying to multiply my way out of getting SparseQ

Moved hacks to hide the missing analyze_pattern/factorize functions from the SPQR interface to their own cpp
extracted some stuff from eigen via template specialization to lift out the ability to do sparse-dense products


          adding suitesparse-dev to linux build
