…when below 5% Replaces the old fire-and-forget ensureEntryPointDeposit (which raced with UserOp submission causing AA26 errors) with a deterministic deposit lifecycle: 30% of total funds deposited at startup, topped up to 30% whenever it drops below 5% after a fill, and fully withdrawn on shutdown.
