Added a toggle button to show title on the panel

- Added toggle in settings popup,
- When enabled and media is playing: shows icon + scrolling title on panel,
- Supports scroll wheel for volume control -> (point on the Audio icon or the Title + Thumbnail and scroll)
- Click to open settings
