This add support for experimental config versions:
The current version 0.14.0 exits with
unsupported config versionwhile theignitioncli and the flatcar/fcos images are all able to parse them.The first part upgrades ignition to the most recent versions that includes
3.6.0-experimentaland3.5.0(stable): https://coreos.github.io/ignition/migrating-configs/#from-version-340-to-350To prevent converting all configs to the latest experimental version, the second parts introduces a new argument and abstraction to support both cases. The stable version remains the default but changes from
3.4.0to3.5.0.
