I saw that the actions run came back with a 404.

Do you know if this was an auth issue?
If not, should 404s be excluded from errors?

@bschwedler I overlooked the fact that we're building against two different suites. I updated with-macros to only clean caches since it doesn't leverage temp images and I added another clean job for multiplatform to clean both caches and temp images.
