Addresses https://github.com/posit-dev/positron-builds/issues/662 in that it removes the universal installer from the main place that folks get our installers.
I adjusted the buttons on https://positron.posit.co/install so that we do show both, which is conservative at this point given how few Intel Macs are still out there. Probably worth it?
