Adds architecture-specific macOS downloads to our downloads table.
I'm conflicted on the best ordering for these new binaries. The other platforms always list Intel before ARM, so it would be consistent to do that. But on macOS, the Apple Silicon build is what almost all users are going to want, so listing the most likely link first seems better to me. Feedback welcome.
Companion to https://github.com/posit-dev/positron-builds/pull/404; must not be merged until after that change is merged, built, and releases deployed.
