1. Аdded functionality that deletes ptrack map files when ptrack is disabled. 2. Deleted a controversial comment in the code. The functionality with ptrack.map_size = -1 no longer works. More details: a0d5a20 - [PGPRO-5691] move mmapped ptrack map into shared postgres memory (#19) 3. Fixed core patches. 4. Fixed README.
