fix: Show LLM-Events tab for All Insights in trends and Prevent Conversation Cutoffs

Removed "date_from" and "date_to" checks from the extend_actors_with_llm_events method. This enables:

• Displaying the LLM-Events tab for all types of insights including those without timestamps in the trends tab.
• Ensures that long conversations are not restricted by "date_from" and "date_to" filters, allowing them to fully appear in the LLM-Events tab. (e.g., April conversations extending into May were previously being cut off).
