This is simple student information system. Here there are three pannel i.e student teacher and admin.
Admin can manage teacher and admin and also upload notices.
Teacher can upload notices and notes.
Student can view notices and notes.
In this I have implemented collabrative filtering algorithm for recommendation.Here,
I have calculated rating with the help of view and downoad of notes by the students.
