Description
This fixes the dependencies that should be downloaded when installing
@powersync/op-sqlite. There is an issue with theasync-lockdependency missing as it was declared as a dev dependency previously. It also moves react and react-native into dev dependencies as they are also declared as peer-dependencies which the user should install.
