1. Updating the version referenced in the Gradle/CocoaPods build definition for powersync-op-sqlite.
2. Updating the dependency on @journeyapps/wa-sqlite for the web.
3. Updating the dependency on @journeyapps/react-native-quick-sqlite for react native.
