[MongoDB] Support Decimal type

This adds support for:

• Decimal: synced as text
• RegExp: synced as a json object with pattern and options
• MinKey and MaxKey: synced as null (no good equivalent for SQLite)

This now also tests module-mongodb on GitHub Actions - the test workflow was missing.
