Option to compact specific buckets

This allows compacting specific buckets, instead of all buckets, when running a compact job manually.

Usage:

# compact specific bucket definition
compact --buckets by_user

# compact specific bucket
compact --buckets by_user["user1"]

# compact multiple buckets
compact --buckets global,by_user
