There's nothing too exciting since the last release, but I want to test the new publishing workflows with the custom WASM build before the next minor release for
package:powersync(sincesetup_web.dartwill start looking in this repository for WASM files at that point).So, this release includes the migrations to strict inference everywhere and updates the core extension to 0.3.10.
