Instead of using a submodule, this now uses the pre-built libpowersync-wasm.a from powersync-ja/powersync-sqlite-core#35.
This simplifies the build, and removes the need for workarounds previously used in powersync-sqlite-core for WASM builds. The resulting build is also slightly smaller (889K -> 850K).
In the future, we can also use this approach to build against a matrix of powersync-sqlite-core versions, instead of just the latest one.
