Replaced `DOCKER_RELEASE` with `DOCKERHUB_TOKEN` for consistency across workflows, updated `docker-ro-token` to use `DOCKERHUB_RO_TOKEN`, and use default `environment`. Signed-off-by: BOUHOURS Antoine <antoine.bouhours@rte-france.com>
