What is the current behavior?

TwoWindingsTransformerFortescue stores the asymmetrical data on TwoWindingsTransformer for calculations.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
This PR adds the magnetizing reactance as a field of the extension. This can be used for asymmetrical short circuit calculations.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API?
