What is the current behavior?
powsybl-core version is 7.1.2

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
powsybl-core version is 7.2.0-RC1

This bump includes minimal adaptations from powsybl-core :

• Bump IIDM version to 1.16 in unit test files (Bump IIDM version to 1.16 in unit test files #1343)
• Rename DanglingLine to BoundaryLine (Rename DanglingLine to BoundaryLine #1364)
• Properties on MinMaxReactiveLimits (Adapt to core 3669 - Properties on MinMaxReactiveLimits #1376)
• Adaptation to new OperatorStrategies in SensitivityAnalysis (Minimal adaptation for sensitivity analysis with operator strategies #1375)
• Adaptation to new SecurityAnalysis API (Adjust for core 7.2.0 Security Analysis API changes #1374)
