- Governance is now implemented in the Ledger;
- Amaru is now able to synchronise to the tip of the chain;
- Simulation environment wired up (isomorphic) able to do accurate simulation with respect to the production code;
- Organised the [Node diversity workshop](https://forum.cardano.org/t/cardano-node-diversity-workshop-2-toulouse-22-23-september-2025/150304) in Toulouse with all the other Cardano node implementers present;
- De-risked (part of) the budgets with stable coins;
- Two companies have been paid using the treasury smart contract: see the [Journal](https://github.com/pragma-org/amaru-treasury/tree/main/journal).

### Next planned steps (new releases, significant changes, etc.)

- Implement all the relay node requirements to meet a Q4 delivery target.
