HR Analytics Dashboard – Description : Developed an HR Analytics dashboard that monitors total employees, active vs resigned headcount, attrition rate, and average salary by department. Implemented DAX measures for attrition rate and tenure, plus demographic visuals like age group, gender distribution, and employee status to highlight workforce trends. The report enables HR to filter by Department, Gender, and Year and instantly see which areas have higher attrition or salary concentration
What I used in this project : Tools & Tech: Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling (Star schema). Data Preparation: Cleaned HR dataset, created Calendar table, calculated columns for Age Group, Tenure, and Status (Active/Resigned). DAX Measures: Total Employees, Active Employees, Resigned Employees, Attrition Rate %, Average Salary, Headcount by Department. Visuals: KPI cards, bar charts by Department, pie/donut charts for Gender and Status, line chart for trend over time, age‑group distribution. Interactivity: Slicers for Department, Gender, and Year; cross‑filtering between visuals for quick drill‑down analysis
