Closes #445.

In the output files page:

  • Documents the exchange directory, profiling, exports, and watchpoints
  • Adds an overview of the historical changes of the filenames at the bottom of the page
  • Updates the examples of iterations/convergence logs
  • Adds an overview on top
  • Links to the various configuration pages

@uekerman There is an issue I would like your help with: In the current documentation, there are several explanation points on how many iterations it took to converge. Are these simply outdated, or is there a hidden extra iteration that I do not see (e.g., "iteration counts start from 0")?

I get the impression that these sentences are only confusing, so I removed them. But if there is a hidden message here, I can better formulate it. If things are expected, then the log information is clear by itself.

Those explanation points seem outdated. No hidden information, OK to delete them IMO.
