fix: fix codespeed triggering condition

   git merge's strategy is to compare the common nearest ancestor, which will lead to many unnecessary git changes.

Hi, Valentin. My branch has already rebased onto main. It's prefix-dev:feature/codspeed should rebase onto main. You can check this: prefix-dev:pixi:main...magentaqin:pixi:bugfix/env-evaluate or the easiest way is to recreate the branch prefix-dev:feature/codspeed.
