This still comes from the repo merge, the backend repo used snake case for their crates, the pixi repo snake case. This difference is pretty annoying in the file browser, since it's not sorted as expected. Nothing changes from the user side. The binary and conda package name remains in snake case.

Description
This still comes from the repo merge, the backend repo used kebap case for their crates, the pixi repo snake case. This difference is pretty annoying in the file browser, since it's not sorted as expected. Therefore, this PR renames e.g. the
pixi-build-rustcrate topixi_build_rust.Nothing changes from the user side. The binary and conda package name remains in kebap case.
