In my first review of the 0.292 release notes draft, I:
- tested all links, and fixed broken or badly-formatted links
- suggested rephrasing to follow the Order of changes in the Release Note Guidelines
- fixed minor capitalization and punctuation
- made some suggestions of rephrasing not related to the Order of changes
What I did not do:
- review the Missing Release Notes to determine if any PRs need release notes written and added to this document.
- move and reorder topics, and entries within topics, to align with the Order of changes and the Order of sections in the Release Notes Guidelines. I made comments suggesting where I think these changes need to be made.
- select notable release note entries from this release to copy into the Highlights topic at the beginning.

Thanks for the update! Responses to your comments with hopefully better suggestions.
Can you reorder the sections to follow the Order of sections in the Release Notes Guidelines? For this release, I think that would look like this:
General
Prestissimo (Native Execution)
Security
connectors (by alphabetic order for the connectors)
SPI

Thanks! Did a complete review of the document, and I hope this should be everything before the Highlights.
