현재 application.yml 파일에는 timeout 시간이 상수로 고정되어 있습니다.
해당 설정 값을 환경변수로 설정해 요구 사항 변화에 코드 수정이 불필요하도록 합니다.
(java 스타일 수정은 dev에 적용되지 않은 스타일 수정이 자동으로 들어간 것 같습니다)
