운영 DB의 잘못 설정된 외래키 제약 조건 제거 후 다시 데이터 추가

  • fix: DB 외래키 문제 발생 로직 주석 처리

  • fix: 기존과 동일하게 트랜잭션 처리하도록 수정

  • chore: 운영 DB에 직업 로드맵 데이터 추가
