Changes Made:

In CHANGELOG.md:

Old: "unconsistency when resuming a contribution"
New: "inconsistency when resuming a contribution"

In packages/phase2-cli/CHANGELOG.md:

Old: "unconsistency when resuming a contribution"
New: "inconsistency when resuming a contribution"

Motivation

These changes were necessary because:

"Unconsistency" is not a proper English word
"Inconsistency" is the correct term to describe a lack of consistency
