I have logged in to https://open-vsx.org/ with @processing-bot, created an account at https://accounts.eclipse.org/, signed the ECA, and linked the Eclipse account to the processing-bot gitHub account. I am following the steps outlined here: https://dev.to/diana_tang/solving-open-vsx-must-log-in-with-eclipse-foundation-account-error-hp5
