Update cukes to pass for first feature

Refactoring this view to after convo with James about newer tidier approach
I'm doing this to reduce the logic in the templates, and get rid of the relative view stuff I was going.
In python default args are set once, so we end so subsequent calls to this function give wrong values
The common use case is seeing all the collection points, two weeks ahead for planning
