Projection plot

Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible to plot projection of pc1 vs. pc2 using normal mode wizard (prody) in VMD, because I did not find the way of plotting in the NMWiz documentation.

Currently, it is not available in VMD but you can use prody from command line or terminal and get the projection plots using matplotlib.

At some point we'll probably updating NMWiz and I look into adding this functionality then.
